Assistant Bookkeeper

We are a mid-sized nursery located in the beautiful Redland area of South Florida, and we currently have an opening for an Assistant Bookkeeper. This is a full-time, on-site position.

*Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export sales orders from our custom sales system to QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus, ensuring all pricing is accurate before emailing invoices to clients.

  • Issue purchase orders to vendors upon request and obtain current vendor price lists.

  • Maintain and update vendor information, products, and pricing in QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus.

  • Enter received bills and match them to purchase orders when applicable.

Position Details:

  • Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

  • Weekly pay

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) offered

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Some knowledge of QuickBooks (any version) is required
