Assistant Bookkeeper

We are a mid-sized nursery located in the beautiful Redland area of South Florida, and we currently have an opening for an Assistant Bookkeeper. This is a full-time, on-site position.
*Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Export sales orders from our custom sales system to QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus, ensuring all pricing is accurate before emailing invoices to clients.

Issue purchase orders to vendors upon request and obtain current vendor price lists.

Maintain and update vendor information, products, and pricing in QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus.

Enter received bills and match them to purchase orders when applicable.
Position Details:

Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
